1. INTRODUCTION

1.2. By accessing or purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by the terms stated below.

1.3. While many of our products and services are not eligible for refunds due to their nature, we care deeply about our clients’ experience. If you encounter an issue, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to make things right.

1.4. We are committed to complying with applicable laws and the policies of payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal regarding fair and transparent transactions. Our goal is to ensure that all purchases are handled with integrity, in good faith, and in accordance with industry standards.

3.1. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all purchases from Advecomm are intended for business use and are considered B2B transactions.

3.2. While our products and services are primarily intended for business use, we recognize that some purchases may be made by individuals.

3.3. In such cases, consumer protection laws applicable to individual purchases may still apply depending on your location and local regulations.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

4.1. Due to the nature of our products and services, the following categories are generally non-refundable:

4.1.1. Digital Products
4.1.1.1. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once access has been granted. However, we are open to reviewing genuine refund requests in good faith, especially if there has been a technical issue or misunderstanding.
4.1.1.1.a. By completing your purchase and accessing a digital product — either by downloading it or by opening an access link — you expressly agree to waive any statutory right of withdrawal or refund (where applicable), in accordance with global e-commerce practices and consumer protection standards.
4.1.1.1.b. This waiver is consistent with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, which permits the waiver of the 14-day withdrawal right for digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase.
4.1.1.1.c. At the time of purchase, clients are required to explicitly acknowledge and agree to waive their right of withdrawal through a mandatory checkbox on the checkout page. This ensures clear consent in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws, including the EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
4.1.1.1.d. Upon successful purchase, clients receive an email confirmation containing a summary of their order, including access links (where applicable), transaction details, and a copy of the agreed terms. This serves as written confirmation of the transaction and supports transparency and customer awareness.
4.1.1.2. This includes any downloadable templates, PDF resources, Notion systems, SOPs, and similar assets.
4.1.1.3. If a technical issue prevents access and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be offered at our discretion.

5. SUBSCRIPTION-BASED PRODUCTS (IF APPLICABLE)

5.1 If we introduce subscription plans (e.g., course access or toolkits):
5.1.1. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time before the next billing period.
5.1.2. Refunds will not be issued for partially used periods or late cancellations except where required by applicable law.
5.1.3. You are responsible for managing your subscription via your account or through a direct request.

6. DUPLICATE PAYMENTS AND BILLING ERRORS

6.1. If you were charged more than once or believe a billing error occurred:

6.1.3. Verified errors or duplicate purchases will be refunded in full to your original payment method.

7. TECHNICAL ACCESS ISSUES

7.1. If you experience a technical error that prevents you from accessing a digital product:
7.1.1. Contact our support team within 72 hours of purchase.
7.1.2. We will investigate and attempt to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 3 business days).
7.1.3. If the product cannot be accessed due to a fault on our side and we are unable to resolve it, we may issue a refund at our discretion.

8. LIMITED EXCEPTIONS AND STORE CREDIT

8.1. In select, well-documented cases, we may offer:
 8.1.1. A partial refund.
8.1.2. Store credit for future purchases.
8.1.3. An alternative product or service of equal or lesser value.

8.2. These exceptions are handled case-by-case and are never guaranteed. Multiple or repeated refund requests will not be honored and may result in account restrictions.

9. EU CONSUMER RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

9.1. If you are a resident of the European Union, you may be entitled to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, per Directive 2011/83/EU.

9.2. This right does not apply to digital goods that have been delivered immediately after purchase if you have requested immediate access, and you have explicitly waived your right of withdrawal.

9.3. By purchasing from Advecomm, you acknowledge that digital delivery may begin immediately and that in such cases, the right of withdrawal under EU law may no longer apply. That said, if you haven’t accessed the product and believe your case qualifies, please contact us within 14 days, and we’ll gladly review your request.

10. CHARGEBACK AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

10.1. Before initiating a chargeback, we kindly ask that you contact us directly so we can help resolve any concerns. We are committed to transparent, fair, and timely resolutions. We strongly prefer to resolve concerns directly, as this results in quicker resolutions and avoids unnecessary escalation.

10.2. We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns promptly and fairly.

10.3. Please note: initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in temporary suspension of access to our services during the investigation.

10.4. We reserve the right to respond to all chargebacks with appropriate documentation demonstrating the fulfillment of the purchase.
10.4.1. We maintain access logs, delivery confirmations, and other relevant technical data to assist in resolving any chargeback or dispute in accordance with Stripe’s dispute resolution policies and industry best practices.
10.4.2. Where applicable, customer acceptance of these terms, including acknowledgment of refund limitations and waiver of withdrawal rights, is captured and stored via technical logs and checkout confirmation data.
10.4.3. At the time of purchase, customers are presented with a mandatory checkbox confirming that they have read, understood, and accepted our Refund Policy, including the waiver of withdrawal rights where applicable. This ensures clear, logged consent prior to purchase and supports compliance with global consumer protection and payment processing requirements.

10.5. If a chargeback is found to be clearly invalid or abusive, further steps may be taken in accordance with applicable law.

10.6. We aim to minimize conflict and foster trust. If we made a mistake, we will own it and do our best to resolve the matter fairly.

11. MONITORING MISUSE OF REFUND POLICY

11.1. We monitor refund activity to ensure fair usage and reserve the right to deny future refund requests if patterns indicate policy misuse.
11.1.1. Downloading products before filing a refund.
11.1.2. Purchasing and copying materials, then requesting refunds.
11.1.3. Using multiple accounts to bypass refund restrictions.

11.2. Examples include:
